Development History
Stage 1: Concept Birth & CAD Modeling.
It all started with a digital blueprint. We spent hundreds of hours engineering an internal mechanism capable of transferring rotation from a drill to an open-end wrench head.
Stage 2: 3D Printing & Ergonomic Testing.
The first physical samples were 3D-printed. This allowed us to:
Get a feel for the tool and test its grip in the hand.
Test its ability to reach into actual tight spots in a car.
Verify the kinematics of the internal moving parts.
Stage 3: Dozens of Iterations & Design Refinement.
The early prototypes were far from perfect. We constantly identified "weak points":
Refined ergonomics and design.
Adjusted the angles of the mechanism's gear teeth.
Increased overall efficiency.
Stage 4: Transition to Steel.
Once the mechanics were perfected in plastic, we took the decisive step — manufacturing fully functional prototypes out of high-strength steel.
